About the Instructor

Ms. Rich obtained her degree program BS International Tourism and Hospitality Management with specialization in Cruiseline Operations in Hotel Services in Lyceum of the Philippines University. Her passion is in F&B so she decided to gain a deeper knowledge in Food and Beverage Services in Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts and rendered her exemplary service in the flagship hotel of the country, The Manila Hotel, she started working as an attendant and was promoted to be the youngest Food and Beverage Captain in the company.

She obtained her Masters Degree in Business Administration in Philippine Christian University – Manila. After rendering her exemplary service in The Manila Hotel for 4 years, she transferred in Accor, the largest hotel operator in Europe and became part of the pre-opening team here in the Philippines working directly with the upper management team while earning her units in Professional Education. Her commitment in continuous education made her finish her short course in Food and Beverage Management in Universita Bocconi in Milan, Italy through online distance learning. At present Ms. Rich will be part of CIHTM and will be handling Bar and Beverage Management and Micro Perspective of Tourism and Hospitality.

About the Instructor

Dave S. Gallardo is a permanent employee at the Department of Education – Division of Rizal, currently he is the Officer – in – Charge for Academics and holds a position of Master Teacher II at San Jose – Litex Senior High School at Rodriguez, Rizal. He is a Certified Tourism Professional and Licensed Professional Teacher (LET).

He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Master in Business Administration at the Trinity University of Asia in Quezon City and currently finishing his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina.

Mr. Gallardo had been a full-time college professor at the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Trinity University of Asia and Department Head of Tourism Department. He also served as Program Chair of the Tourism Program at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Studies at the Philippine Christian University-Manila.

At present, Mr. Gallardo is a part-time faculty at CIHTM and handling Tourism Policy, Planning and Development, and Micro Perspective in Tourism and Hospitality.
